By registering for or using BillingBro ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform at billingbro.com and the BillingBro mobile app.
BillingBro provides free billing, invoicing and customer management software for Indian shopkeepers and small businesses. The Service includes:

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Accounts are non-transferable.
You agree to use BillingBro only for legitimate business billing purposes. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all invoice data, customer records and business information you enter into BillingBro. We do not claim any rights over your data.
By using the Service, you grant BillingBro a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all invoices and billing data you create. BillingBro does not verify the accuracy of invoices or customer information.
BillingBro provides tools to help you create GST-formatted invoices. However, we are not a tax advisory service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable GST laws, using the correct GST rates, maintaining required records, and filing GST returns.
Consult a qualified CA or tax professional for GST compliance advice.
The WhatsApp billing feature uses wa.me links that open the WhatsApp application on your device. BillingBro does not access your WhatsApp account.
The email promotions feature sends emails on your behalf. You are responsible for having the consent of recipients before sending promotional messages, in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws.
BillingBro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific business needs.
We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in invoice calculations resulting from incorrect data entered by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillingBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business losses, tax penalties, or customer disputes.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any), whichever is higher.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@billingbro.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice for serious violations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
